Multiple injection modes: The multifunctional gluing  machine has multiple injection modes, such as continuous injection, intermittent injection, quantitative injection, etc., which can be flexibly selected according to different production needs.

Automatic cleaning function: After the glue injection is completed, the equipment can automatically clean to prevent the glue from solidifying in the pipe and mixing head and affecting the next glue injection effect. The cleaning process is achieved through a special cleaning system, which can automatically transport the cleaning agent to the pipe and mixing head for cyclic cleaning, with good cleaning effect and simple and convenient operation.

Temperature control function: The performance of PU rubber is sensitive to temperature, so the glue injection machine is equipped with a precise temperature control system. The rubber storage tank and pipeline are equipped with heating and insulation devices, which can control the temperature of the rubber within the optimal use range, ensure the fluidity and reaction performance of the rubber, and thus improve the quality of glue injection. 

Pressure monitoring and regulation function: During the glue injection process, the equipment will monitor the pressure of the glue in real time and automatically adjust the pressure according to the set value to ensure the stability of the glue injection pressure. The pressure monitoring device can accurately measure the pressure change of the glue. When the pressure exceeds the set range, the control system will automatically adjust the speed of the metering pump to restore the pressure to a normal level, avoiding problems such as uneven glue injection and bubbles caused by unstable pressure.
